Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) is pleased to issue an Information Memorandum and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (IMPQQ) for the Luas Finglas Main Infrastructure Design & Construction Works contract.

This is the first of a two-stage procurement process to prepare for the construction of Luas Finglas. TII is inviting expressions of interest from potential applicants wishing to be considered. The IMPQQ provides applicants with the information necessary to participate in the Selection Stage of the competition. TII will evaluate the submissions to produce a shortlist of bidders that will be invited to tender for the works.
